We start construction of scale model by determining dimensions of tray, which we call as underlay, in which land of scale model shall be settled and then we manufacture such underlay. Materials are determined roughly according to architectural project and materials, to be used during construction of scale model are determined in the course of time.
Afterwards, scale model is designed upon architectural project and we make part drawings in desired scale, in which scale model shall be made, on the computer. If there are parts, to be modeled with three dimension, they are modeled, again at the same manner, their drawings are made according to scale on the computer.
After drawings are finished, these parts are gathered by personnel of assembly department and rough body of scale model is constituted..
Afterwards, this rough body is colored by cellulosic dye upon request of project composer. Mask method is applied if different colors shall be used during coloration.
After painting process is finished, if there are glasses, woodworks, doorjambs and banisters are assembled. With this order, front is processed and all details are displayed. Roof of building is made separately, roof covering material is also processed in CNC machines. After production of roof is completed, roof is painted and it is assembled on the building.
Land is produced in compliance with coats of the project on the underlay, made on the other part. Texture of ground (green, hard ground, road, crosswalk etc.) is constituted. After ground is prepared in such manner, finished building is assembled on the land.
Afterwards, materials such as human figures, car, lamppost, which we call as accessories, are settled on the scale model. Finally, landscape elements, which we produced in advance, are settled in compliance with landscape arrangement and scale model is completed. |
